MyNetworkTV New York City Affiliate Hosting Massive Downtown Block Party to Welcome WWE Smackdown Stars

Late yesterday, MyNetworkTV's New York affiliate WWOR My 9 announced that they are hosting a mammoth early-morning, downtown block party to celebrate WWE Smackdown coming to MyNetworkTV this fall. Here are the details:

Date:
Friday October 3, 2008 (the same day that WWE Smackdown premieres on MyNetworkTV)

Time:
From 6:00 am to 10:00 am (be sure to java-up bright and early)

Location:
1211 Avenue of Americas between 47th and 48th, New York City, NY (the FOX building)

WWE SmackDown stars Mr. Jeff Hardy, Mr. Zach Ryder and Mr. Curt Hawkins will be in attendance to autograph pictures, and there will be a special commemorative DVDs of the experience. Given limited space and quantities, be sure to arrive early to pick-up a wristband at the start of the event to guarantee you get a photo or autograph of your favourite star of the ring.
