CBS took the ratings and 18-49 demo titles for the night

Thanks to new episodes of its popular dramas, CBS continued to enjoy its ratings domination over the other networks on Friday.
CBS averaged a 5.6 rating/10 share for the night, quite well ahead over ABC, 3.7/6. NBC and FOX were close behind with a 3.4/6 and 3.3/6, respectively, while The CW trailed with a 2.6/5.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS was still first with a soft 2.3 rating. ABC took second with a 1.6. NBC's 1.5 and The CW's 1.4 saved them from being last, an honor that fell to FOX, 1.2.
"Ghost Whisperer," 5.2/10, put CBS on top at 8 p.m. ABC got a 3.6/7 from an "America's Funniest Home Videos" rerun. A "Bones" repeaton FOX earned a 3.1/6, just over NBC's game show "Amne$ia." The CW's "Friday Night Smackdown!" delivered a 2.4/4.
CBS continued its lead at 9 p.m. with "The Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular," 5.3/10. NBC's beginning of the "Miss USA 2008" pageant tied with FOX's "Canterbury's Law" with a 3.4/6 apiece. "Smackdown!" improved to 2.7/5 in its second hour, moving it ahead of "Duel" on ABC.
In the 10 o'clock hour, the "Numb3rs" scored the night's biggest audience (6.2/11) for CBS. ABC's "20/20" drewa 4.8/9 for the hour, pulling it ahead of the second hour of NBC's "Miss USA" coverage, 4.1/8.
