The "victory" portion is obviously alluding to the exceptional ratings of the PBBTE finals night while the "death" portion was alluding to Startalk's coverage of the death of Rudy Fernandez.
If you think about it, one would see that ABS-CBN's ratings were anchored on VICTORY, while GMA's ratings were anchored on DEATH.
This may be is a sign of things to come.
