With two shows saying good-bye for the season and a fan favorite signing off for good, CBS won Friday night in households with a 5.5 rating/10 share. A season finale of its own put ABC in second place with a 4.2/8, followed by The CW (2.4/4), NBC (2.2/4) and FOX (2.0/4).
Among 18 to 49-year-olds, CBS was also tops with a 2.0. ABC came in second with a 1.7. The CW and FOX tied for third with a 1.2, while NBC brought up the rear with a 1.0.

The season finale of "Ghost Whisperer" started the night for CBS with a 5.6/11 for the eight o'clock hour. The first half of ABC's "America's Funniest Home Videos" season finale took at 3.9/8 for the hour, while The CW dove into the wrestling ring with two hours of "WWE Friday Night SmackDown!" taking a 2.3/5 for the hour. FOX gave over its evening to airing the movie "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story," while the return of "American Gladiators" continued to underperform for NBC, 1.7/4.
At 9 p.m., the series finale of "Moonlight" took a 4.9/9 for CBS. The conclusion of "America's Funniest Home Videos" nipped at its heels with a 4.7/9 on ABC. The CW held its third place position (2.5/4), while FOX's movie had a stronger second hour with a 2.2/4. "American Gladiators" kept NBC in fifth.
CBS had the highest-rated, most-watched show at 10 p.m. with the season finale of "Numb3rs" taking a 6.1/11. ABC stayed in second with "20/20," 4.2/8, while NBC had its best ratings of the evening with "Dateline NBC," 3.1/6.
