Breaking: Tori Spelling Still Lives in Beverly Hills, '90210'

Though Tori Spelling made no secret of her desire to join fellow 9-0 alum Jennie Garth as a recurring character on this Fall's 90210 spin off, the CW has just confirmed that her deal is indeed closed.
The network says Tori will reprise her role as Donna Martin, the now "owner of one of the coolest stores in Beverly Hills, a shopping hot spot that is frequented by the new cast of characters."
Question is: Are she and David Silver still married? Can Brian Austin Green show his face on the CW now that he's a series regular on FOX's Sarah Connor Chronicles? Oh, the complications!
