The NBA Finals brought ABC a ratings win Sunday, easily winning a night otherwise filled with news magazines and repeats.

ABC averaged a 5.7 rating/10 share in primetime, with those numbers subject to change because of the live sports telecast. CBS, 5.3/9, finished second. NBC took third with a 4.2/7, beating out FOX's 2.4/4. The CW drew a lowly 0.7/1.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, ABC's 3.5 rating doubled that of its closest competitors. NBC and FOX tied for second at 1.7, with CBS close behind at 1.6. The CW managed only a 0.4.
CBS jumped on top at 7 p.m. with "60 Minutes," 6.5/13. A repeat of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," 4.7/9, put ABC in second. "Most Outrageous Moments" came in third for NBC, beating the 1.5/3 for a repeat of "Don't Forget the Lyrics" on FOX. The CW went with a "One Tree Hill" rerun.
"Million Dollar Password," 6.3/11, kept CBS on top at 8 p.m. "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and the NBA pregame show earned a 4.7/8 for ABC. "Most Outrageous Moments" improved to 3.4/6 on NBC. Reruns of "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill" kept FOX in fourth, while The CW averaged 0.7/1 with "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Aliens in America."
Game 2 of the NBA Finals delivered a 6.4/10 for ABC at 9 p.m. CBS dropped one spot to second with "Cold Case," 5.5/9. "Dateline" pulled down a 4.7/8 for NBC, while "Family Guy" and "American Dad" averaged 3.2/5 for FOX. The CW aired reruns of "The Game" and "Girlfriends."
The Boston Celtics-Los Angeles Lakers game improved to 6.9/12 at 10 p.m. "Dateline" jumped up to a 6.2/10, moving NBC ahead of CBS and "The Unit," 3.0/5.
On Saturday, NBC led in households with a 3.0/6, followed by FOX at 2.9/6. ABC (2.8/6), however, was tops for the night in total viewers. CBS trailed with a 2.7/5.
