CBS Feels the Love Friday
'Ghost Whisperer,' 'Numb3rs' pave ratings path

Solid performances at the beginning and end of the night led CBS to a ratings victory on Friday.
The Eye earned a 6.0 rating/10 share in primetime. ABC took second in households at 5.1/9, but NBC, 5.0/9, grabbed about 500,000 more total viewers. The CW's 2.7/5 was good for fourth, beating FOX's 2.3/4.
CBS also led among adults 18-49 with a 2.7 rating. NBC finished second in the demographic with a 2.2, followed by ABC at 1.8. FOX averaged 1.5 and The CW 1.4.
NBC's "Deal or No Deal" won the 8 p.m. hour with a 6.7/12. "Ghost Whisperer," 6.2/11, was a close second for CBS (and led the hour in adults 18-49). "Men in Trees" delivered a 4.5/8 for ABC. "Friday Night SmackDown!" put The CW in fourth, a point better than "The Next Great American Band," 1.6/3, on FOX.

"Women's Murder Club," 6.2/11, moved ABC in front at 9 p.m. CBS stayed in second with "Moonlight," 5.1/9, while NBC dropped to third with "Friday Night Lights," 3.9/7. FOX's "Don't Forget the Lyrics" was fourth, beating the second hour of "SmackDown!," 2.8/5, on The CW.
