Fast National ratings for Monday, Feb. 18, 2008 (USA)
NBC got big ratings from "Deal or No Deal" Monday, and that was enough to give the network a victory despite so-so numbers the rest of the evening.
NBC took the night with a 7.0 rating/11 share. CBS came in second at 5.6/9. ABC, 5.1/8, finished third in households, but FOX, 4.8/7, pulled in a few more total viewers. The CW trailed with a 1.1/2.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, NBC's 3.8 rating led the way. FOX, 3.1, snagged second, beating CBS' 2.8. ABC averaged 2.1 and The CW 0.7.
"Deal or No Deal" scored a 10.0/16 for NBC at 8 p.m., dominating the hour. The finale of "Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann" earned a 5.8/9 for ABC, topping the 4.7/7 for the "Prison Break" finale on FOX. CBS was fourth with a "How I Met Your Mother" repeat, 3.8/6, and "Welcome to the Captain," 3.4/5. The CW went with a "Gossip Girl" rerun.
CBS took the lead at 9 p.m. with reruns of "Two and a Half Men," 7.7/12, and "Rules of Engagement," 6.1/9. "Dance War," 6.5/10, took second in households, but the premiere of "My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad" (5.3/8) drew a few more viewers despite losing a fairly large amount of its lead-in audience. FOX stayed in fourth with "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles." The debut of "The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious" wasn't especially delicious in the ratings, earning a 1.4/2.
At 10 p.m., a "CSI: Miami" repeat posted a 6.3/11 for CBS. NBC's "Medium" earned a 5.7/10 for second, while "October Road" pulled down a 3.1/5 for ABC.
