Unscripted fare dominated Monday night's ratings, with NBC grabbing the overall title and the penultimate episode of "Hell's Kitchen" serving up a demographic victory for FOX.

NBC averaged a 5.0 rating/9 share in primetime, beating CBS, 4.7/8, for the top spot. FOX came in third with a 4.1/7. ABC, 3.5/6, was fourth, and The CW trailed with a 1.2/2.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, FOX's 3.0 rating led the way. NBC took second at 2.5, and ABC and CBS tied for third at 2.1. The CW failed to break the 1.0 barrier.

A special edition of "The Singing Bee," 4.9/9, put NBC on top at 8 p.m. "Wife Swap," 4.4/8, finished second for ABC. CBS was third with reruns of "How I Met Your Mother," 3.7/7, and "Old Christine," 3.8/6. A "Hell's Kitchen" repeat on FOX was fourth, topping "Everybody Hates Chris," 1.3/2, and "All of Us," 1.1/2, on The CW.

FOX grabbed the lead at 9 p.m. with "Hell's Kitchen," 5.5/9. CBS moved up to second with "Two and a Half Men," 5.9/10, and "Rules of Engagement," 4.7/8. The finale of "Age of Love" scored a 4.6/7 for NBC to trump the debut of "Fat March" (2.9/5) on ABC. The CW held steady with "Girlfriends" and "The Game."

At 10 p.m., "Dateline" drew a 5.5/9 for NBC to beat out a "CSI: Miami" rerun, 5.2/9, on CBS. "Supernanny" posted a 3.3/6 for ABC.
